Job Description :-

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy
• technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs. Attend Pre bid meetings with
• vendors and consultants in coordination with Contracts team.
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials with Purchase team, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. Billing for the works done as per BOQ, justifications for extra quantities.
• Coordination for Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.??
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program
• modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
