Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Civil & Structural Engineering Department within the Industrial Water Engineering Business Unit, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of civil, structural, and hydraulic engineers and designers.

Take full ownership of the design and detailed engineering deliverables for projects including seawater desalination plants, water supply systems, water treatment plants (WTP), sewage treatment plants (STP), and effluent treatment plants (ETP).

Ensure all engineering deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines, in close coordination with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders, while ensuring diligent man-hour management.

Foster a collaborative team environment with a strong emphasis on technical excellence, accountability, and effective communication.

Drive the professional development of the team by providing ongoing mentorship, training, and performance guidance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate shall be a Civil engineer with a postgraduate qualification in Structural engineering, with 15-20 years of experience in the design and engineering of projects involving seawater desalination plants, WTP, STP, ETP and municipal water supply projects. Shall be well versed on STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, EPANET etc. Exposure to BIM LOD 350 environment will be added advantage
