Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco CVP Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP), VXML scripting, Java programming, and contact center technology. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating IVR call flows and components to support efficient customer interaction within a contact center environment. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop IVR call flows using Cisco CVP Call Studio
Implement and manage VXML-based scripting to facilitate seamless customer interactions
Develop and integrate custom Java components for advanced CVP functionality
Collaborate with database teams to enable data-driven IVR interactions
Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing CVP applications
Ensure alignment with contact center best practices and operational needs
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed IVR solutions
Must-Have Qualifications:
Proficient in Cisco CVP platform and Call Studio
Strong experience with VXML scripting for call flow development
Solid background in Java programming and component development
Knowledge of contact center operations and best practices
Experience with database integration in IVR/Call Center environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in enterprise-level contact centers
Familiarity with other contact center platforms or tools (e.g., Cisco UCCE, Finesse)
Ability to work in agile or fast-paced environments
