Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Cisco Certified Network Engineer based in Basel to join our freelance dispatch team. This is a project-based role with an estimated 2–4 dispatches per month. Tasks will vary by site and may include cabling, router configuration, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• On-site cabling, hardware installation, and migration
• Basic to advanced network troubleshooting (L1/L2)
• Router configuration and jack activation
• Site surveys and equipment checks
• Collaborate remotely via TeamViewer, WebEx, Zoom, etc.

Requirements

✅ Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent)

✅ Located in or near Basel

✅ Available for dispatch-based on-call assignments

✅ Fluent in English

Required Tools & Equipment

• Windows Laptop with remote collaboration apps (TeamViewer, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, BlueJeans)
• Terminal Emulator (e.g., PuTTY, SecureCRT)
• Cisco Console Cables (DB9 to RJ45 or USB to RJ45, Mini USB)
• USB Flash Drive (32GB or higher)
• Screwdriver Set
