Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in library circulation services, access services, and/or resource sharing plus supervisory/management experience.
Experience with library technology applications and public services.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Demonstrated ability to work with staff and students from diverse backgrounds.
Strong user-centered service philosophy.
Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field.
At least two (2) years of professional library experience that includes use of automated library circulation, reserves, interlibrary loan, and document delivery systems.
Familiarity with copyright law and compliance in an academic library.
Knowledge of current trends in resource sharing and interlibrary collaboration.

Position Details
Position Purpose
Provide leadership to ensure effective operations within the Circulation Services and Resource Sharing Team. Provide planning, direction, management, accountability, and evaluation/assessment for library units including Circulation, Interlibrary Loan, Course Reserves, and Stacks Maintenance. Collaborate with library administration, department heads, and faculty and staff across the library to develop, inform, and coordinate major initiatives associated with Circulation Services and Resource Sharing.
