Senior Custom Circuit Design Engineer

We're working with a stealth-mode client building cutting-edge custom silicon. They're seeking a seasoned Custom Circuit Design Engineer to develop SRAMs, Register Files, and custom memories for high-performance, low-power applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Design custom circuits (SRAMs, Register Files, standard cells) from spec to GDS
• Perform PPA analysis, sizing, simulation, and equivalence checking
• Collaborate with architecture, layout, and physical design teams
• Drive design implementation, DFM, and post-silicon validation
• Support compiler automation and design flow enhancements

What You Bring:

• 12–15 years of hands-on experience in custom transistor-level design
• Deep knowledge of FinFET nodes, low-power techniques, and high-speed memory
• Proven success in SRAMs, Register Files, and compiler development
• Strong skills in circuit simulation, timing, and layout interaction
• BS/MS in EE or related field
