IBM’s Consulting Associate Programme is a world-class 2-year developmentprogramme for early professionals and about-to-graduate talents.
As part of the Associate Graduate program, you will complete a training plan incorporating a blended e-learning, classroom, and practical learning approach in the latest and relevant methodologies. Your technical training will be matched to support you in your first assignment. After you complete the Associate Graduate training program, you will have acquired new skill sets and will be able to join a client project.
Your Role And Responsibilities

They collaborate closely with clients and development teams to build reliable deployment pipelines, identify and mitigate software supply chain inefficiencies and vulnerabilities, monitor environments and ensure the best standards are in place, allowing us to ship software of great quality whenever, wherever.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience in Programming
- Educational background in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- In possession of a Dutch passport due to project requirements

Experience following Agile frameworks — Ability to gather requirements in an evolving project landscape and understanding the bigger picture
Stakeholder Management — Ability to communicate and provide insight on the processes effectively from a technical and non-technical standpoint.
