The CHK MCE Master Data Coordinator requires an individual that is excited about meeting the ever-changing needs of our customers. This includes working with a wide range of business, processes and stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to help improve efficiency and quality. The Master Data Coordinator needs to be a process expert (SME) and be well-versed in each stage of the systems life cycle. The individual will develop partnerships and technical knowledge as well as transition and system migration expertise. Responsibilities include providing strategic analysis, data readiness, process definition and visibility to Global Process Leads (GPL), Area Process Leads (APL), DMO Leadership Team to help them to take the decision based on data. Deliver cost-effective, high-performance master data solutions and expertise in data governance.

  • Job Description
  • ERP deployment activities (PIT/UAT testing, timelines, milestones, cutover, etc.)
  • Commercial Material Data readiness includes data conversion and data mapping.
  • Develop / Map business processes related to material master data. (process flows, diagrams, etc.)
  • Subject Matter Expert for China & HK commercial material master data
  • Coordination of E2E MCE process and close collaboration with functional teams and business groups
  • Execute tasks which require E2E understanding and change impact analysis (steps performed outside DMO / MCE team)
  • Serve as support for China & HK internal queries related to complex transactional requests
  • Responsible for creating/maintaining process documentation
  • Work with non-standard scenarios, complex cases, and coordination of troubleshooting
  • Responsible for onboarding new team members and providing training (refreshing / process changes)
  • Drive or lead ad-hoc critical business needs
  • Improve and develop internal processes and control them, with close connection to global/local SMEs, quality and local/global Process Leaders
  • Responsible for project management for service transitions, process improvement or any other initiatives (including projects related to new processes design, implementing ERP in country align with global timeline)
  • Cross function collaboration with ERP deployment and other functional teams (global, regional or local) to ensure a clear understanding of commercial materials change impacts and change management requirements (ERP, PIPO, Data maintenance, etc.)
  • Lead communication across Commercial Portfolio Data Ops – develop communication, driving not only local team members but also others to adapt and successfully perform processes
  • Responsible for development of ad-hoc reports and analysis
  • Deliver cost-effective, high-performance material master data solutions
  • Identify and propose E2E process efficiency improvement opportunities
  • May include development and maintenance of automated solutions utilized in daily operations
  • Applying Solventum's ethical principles in daily work
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor ( i.e backup for Team leader) Education and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university or 3-6 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial Operations and/or IT. Knowledge and skills:
  • 3-6 years of equivalent work experience
  • Proficient Mandarin language
  • English on at least communicative level
  • Influencing leadership skills
  • Experience working in SAP / S4 HANA preferred
  • Experience with CHK Legacy systems (master data) desired
  • Proficient data analysis / mapping within analytical mindset
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Previous experience with process development and/or business process redesign experience
  • Previous experience in Lean Six Sigma, project management and/or agile methodology preferred
  • Previous experience working with data quality, master data management and/or data governance within a global master data environment or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes and data, manufacturing or materials management preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work outside of standard working hours to accommodate schedules of clients who may be in other world regions
  • Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
