Identify partnership opportunities in China with existing UCO suppliers or new FS suppliers
Partnerships beyond long term agreements are seen as a way to secure access to UCO and other FS to enable business growth
KPI agreed this year is to identify at least one partnership opportunity and complete business case for internal approval
Responsibilities
Leads Supply Development strategy and efforts within Chinese suppliers, based in Shanghai
In coordination with Supply team, leads supplier segmentation and sourcing strategy development in China, including long term contracts (2+ years)
Leads potential partnerships with Chinese suppliers in any form (equity, loan, M&A)
Coordinate cross-functional and drives portfolio expansion in China, primary focus on soap stocks and AF, liaising with Plant, R&D, Operations and Supply
Requirements
Bachelors' degree / masters in business, engineering or others
Minimum 10 years proven experience in Business development, M&A and partnerships
Experience in biofuels and or renewables fuels considered as a plus
Strong analytical skills, and PP presentations skills accompanied by conceptual & visualizing capabilities
Influential skills and effective communicators
Natural team players, fostering collaboration across functions
