Minimum Requirements:-Associate Degree or higher in Child Development, Early Child Development or related field- Possess the appropriate California Teaching Permit or one of the followingChild Development Permits: Teacher, Master Teacher, Site Supervisor, or Director Permit.- First Aid and Pediatric CPR Certification and Health and Safety training certification for preschool childrenDesired:- Previous working experience with families in planning family goals and child educationalgoals desired.- Bilingual in Spanish; Cantonese; etc. desired- Experience with effective communication, working with teen parents in a multi-ethnic setting desired.
