该职位来源于猎聘 Purpose of position: The CPEM is the Functional Project Leader (FPL) of a lamp project. CPEM is responsible for coordinating a cross-functional team of mechanical, optical and validation engineers. CPEM is responsible for the project management and lamp integration. This includes:

• Core team member of headlamp/rear-lamp team
• Strong cooperation with the Functional Project Leader of CPEE (Chief Project Engineer Electronics) and the Program Manager (PM) of the headlamp.
• Compliance with the project milestones (G0-G7), timelines and schedules agreed with the customer and the headlamp project
• Change-Management
• Time- and Cost-Tracking Job Responsibilities:
• Coordination of R&D activities (parallel to CPEE) as main project engineer R&D
• Responsible to guarantee a feasible product concept
• Responsible for tracking of technical changes during projects (special attention to concept and design phase)
• Main decision driver of technical issues on project
• Main channel for communication of technical issues (ELD, ELT, EEV) on project from/to customer
• Responsible Technical persons for Design to cost topics
• Responsible to check feasibility and implement technical concepts in line with cost targets
• Responsible for implementation of Design to manufacturing and assembly
• Implement design to cost ideas to improve the KPIs and achieve the project targets
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant, Master Degree preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in Automotive Lighting industry.
• Experienced in product development work and process
• Method for comparison of design concept
• Good knowledge in CAD-Catia
• Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
• Good command of English in both spoken and written; Capabilities & Desired Characteristics:
