Onivius is a real estate investment startup connecting high-net-worth international investors to luxury developments in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We’re entering our growth phase: first sales, construction partnerships, and international visibility.

We’re looking for a strong, strategic and execution-oriented Chief Operating Officer ready to build an organization from the ground up.

Your mission:

Bring clarity, structure and process to everything

Manage and expand the Sales, Legal, and Marketing divisions

Scale operations to support rapid growth across borders

Track KPIs and ensure profitability and excellence

Collaborate closely with co-founders on all strategic moves

Recruit, lead, and retain a high-performance team

Help raise funds and contribute to investor relations

Who you are:

Startup-experienced or consulting background

Smart, analytical, structured – but hands-on

Obsessed with growth, performance, and quality

Fluent in Spanish

Ready to be the operational backbone of a real company

Long-term mindset, capable of stepping into a leadership position from day one

Compensation:

No fixed salary at this stage. Instead, we offer:
