About The Position
Capital Engine is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team! This role will serve as a crucial part of shaping and guiding Capital Engine’s growth and success.
This position will interact with every function in the firm – strategically, operationally, and tactically – working together to combine the firm’s strategic and business plans with our business operating system, our operating model, and our organizational structure. The COO is a key member of our management team and reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Focus will be on scaling / accelerating revenue growth in 2025 / 26 with our strategic partners, business / tech development, development of sales / marketing capabilities, raising capital for Capital Engine and clients, and recruiting key staff to ramp up market share.
Key requirement is a Series 24 license (FINRA), as we will be expanding our broker dealer acquisition including setup of broker dealer platforms, and secondary trading for private markets in the US.
Candidates must have great people skills, sales / capital raising experience, excellent business acumen, and the ability to manage diverse business functions.
