About Eudia

Eudia is redefining the future of legal work with AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, enabling Fortune 500 legal teams to move faster, manage risk more effectively, and unlock new business value. Backed by $105M in Series A funding led by General Catalyst, we’re building a category-defining platform that blends AI-driven automation with human expertise, transforming legal from a cost center into a strategic growth driver.

At Eudia, we move fast. Unlike traditional enterprise software, our teams ship solutions in days, not months—delivering real impact for some of the world’s largest companies, including Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell. We’re solving one of the most complex, unsolved challenges in AI: bringing trust, accuracy, and security to legal automation.

We’re a team of builders, operators, and problem-solvers who are passionate about reshaping an industry that has long been resistant to change. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be challenged, take ownership from day one, and work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI and legal —we’d love to meet you.

About The Role

Eudia is redefining how organizations build modern AI platforms, products, and research. CTO oversees Product, Platform, Technology, and Research.

The Chief of Staff will serve as a critical partner to the CTO and senior leadership team. In this highly strategic and hands-on role, you will help shape overall strategy, develop and drive execution on technology and product roadmaps, and ensure tight alignment across engineering, product, and research teams.

You must be a highly motivated, execution-focused individual with strong technical instincts, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for solving complex problems. You will operate at both 30,000 feet and in the details, crafting the long-term vision while ensuring relentless focus on near-term outcomes. If you’re excited about building the future of AI, product, and research at a fast-moving company, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CTO & leaders to define and prioritize organizational strategy across Product, Platform, Technology, and Research initiatives.
  • Drive planning and execution of key programs and initiatives, ensuring projects move forward effectively and deliver results.
  • Lead essential operational processes such as quarterly and annual planning, OKRs, technology roadmapping, research reviews, and cross-functional leadership meetings (such as All Hands and offsites).
  • Build and optimize internal operating models that support the org ability to scale and drive innovation.
  • Analyze internal and external inputs to generate strategic insights, recommend improvements, and support informed decision-making across technical and product efforts.
  • Prepare strategic communication materials — including executive presentations, briefings, town hall content, and updates for customer and board meetings.
  • Act as a soundboard and thought partner to the CTO, proactively surfacing risks, identifying opportunities, and advising on platform and technology strategy.
  • Help cultivate a high-trust, high-execution culture across technical teams through clear communication, collaboration, and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or related roles in product and technology companies.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field (or equivalent technical expertise).
  • Background in enterprise software, AI product management, or technology leadership at fast-growing startups or high-growth environments.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical and strategic ideas into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong technical acumen; comfortable reviewing technical designs, research papers, and product roadmaps.
  • Outstanding organizational and program management skills, able to drive multiple initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Highly action-oriented, resourceful, and hands-on in overcoming challenges and driving outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence across technical, product, and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
