The role will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our DEI strategy. The incumbent should be committed to creating equitable workplaces where everyone feels valued and empowered to thrive. This position will assist in driving DEI programs, monitoring progress, and fostering a culture of inclusion across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, a strong commitment to DEI principles, and experience in program management.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy Implementation: Create and manage DEI action plans, including short-term and long-term initiatives. Work with Business and HR to ensure DEI priorities are integrated into the business strategy.


Program Development and Management: Implement and oversee DEI programs and initiatives, such as training workshops, mentoring programs, and employee resource groups. Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs. Manage the DEI budget and allocate resources effectively to support various initiatives


Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze DEI metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives. Prepare and present reports on DEI progress, trends, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and address gaps or areas of improvement based on data insights.


Training & Development: Support the creation and delivery of DEI training and workshops for employees and leadership.


Recruitment & Retention: Collaborate with HR to enhance diverse recruitment strategies and improve retention of underrepresented groups.


Policy Development: Assist in the development and updating of DEI policies and procedures.

Communication on Advocacy: Facilitate communication and engagement around DEI initiatives, including organizing events and creating content

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with various departments and employee resource groups to support DEI goals and foster a culture of inclusivity. Must have ability to influence without Authority


Qualifications

  • Post graduate from a recognized business school or equivalent. Advanced degree or certification in DEI or HR is a plus.
  • 9- 12 years of experience in DEI, HR, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting DEI initiatives
  • Openness to travel to zonal office occasionally
