As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to join our executive leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end experience for both our clinic partners (B2B) and the patients they serve (B2C), ensuring excellence across every touchpoint of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and lead the end-to-end client and patient experience across our ecosystem, focusing on consistency, clarity, and ease of use.
• Oversee onboarding, education, and support initiatives for clinics offering aesthetic medicine, weight management, HRT, peptide therapies, regenerative medicine, and IV therapy.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance the user experience of our proprietary EMR and telehealth platforms.
• Develop and standardize communication touchpoints, including protocols, digital portals, training materials, and automated workflows.
• Implement systems for continuous feedback collection, turning insights into strategic improvements that drive satisfaction and retention.
• Lead content and launch strategy for Arora Health & Aesthetics University, our provider education and certification platform.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and compliance to elevate the overall quality and consistency of our client experience.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in customer experience, digital product, operations, or client success roles.
• Proven track record in healthcare, clinical operations, SaaS, or telehealth environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in optimizing client journeys, developing scalable systems, and executing strategic initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
