Description

The U.S. CEO will take full P&L responsibility for the North American operations and will serve as a key member of the global executive leadership team. Reporting to the Global CEO based overseas, the successful candidate will lead strategic direction, operational execution, and cultural development across the U.S. entity.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Driving top-line growth through strategic planning, commercial leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Leading integration and post-merger activities for the company's upcoming acquisition.
  • Building and scaling the U.S. leadership team and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Acting as the public face of the U.S. entity to key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
  • Collaborating with the overseas executive team to align regional goals with global strategy.
  • Ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded while maintaining high client satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Providing visionary leadership to unlock long-term enterprise value in line with the private equity partner's growth objectives.

This is a hybrid role, with a base in Boston and flexibility for in-office and remote work.

Profile

Job Offer

  • Base salary of $ 240,000 to $ 250,000
  • 100% performance related annual bonus
  • $ 250,000 in equity participation (associated vesting period)
