We’re partnering with a leading Heavy Civil Construction company in New York to support their search for an experienced Chief Estimator to lead their estimating team and drive success on large-scale infrastructure projects.

📏 Project Types: Highways, Bridges, Tunnels, Earthwork, Water Infrastructure

📍 Project Size: $50M – $500M+

Key Qualifications:

✅ 10+ years of heavy civil estimating experience (5+ years in a senior or chief role)

✅ Proven track record of winning large infrastructure bids

✅ Strong knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other estimating tools

✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)

✅ Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
