• Minimum of 5 years direct work experience in medium to large Data Center operations & management
• License engineer, Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 10 years direct work experience in Maintenance engineering, Operations & Maintenance for medium to large build to suit property & facility, manufacturing facilities & clean room, or in hotel back-of the house engineering, operations & maintenance
• Have direct & keen knowledge in Change Control Management and developing/improving SOPs & EOPs
• With People management experience
• Preferably resides in Cainta, Antipolo and Pasig
  
  

To oversee the efficient operations and maintenance of all building systems, including the day-to-day training of the operating staff. Also, the Chief Engineer is responsible for the management of the operating team. He will apprise the Account Manager of any and all conditions affecting building services and tenant comfort. The specific areas of responsibility include but are not limited to DC services, staff supervision and development, purchasing and technical proficiency.
