Summary of what you would be doing in this Role

• Follow up on preventative maintenance, work orders, and emergency repairs to ensure they are being done correctly.
• Work closely with production to make sure their needs are met.
• Work with sanitation to make sure scheduled shutdowns are effective for both departments.
• Scheduling and planning for work to be done during normal shutdowns.
• Organize and maintain a proper parts inventory as well as oversee all maintenance purchasing and contractors.
• Responsible for hiring maintenance mechanics.
  
  

What Qualifications and Skills we are Looking for

• Minimum of three years experience as a maintenance or engineering manager
• BS Degree Preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to work on your feet for hours at a time, and in hot environments
