We are looking for a Chief Data Scientist with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Python to create cutting-edge AI chatbot solutions designed for specialized applications.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and Responsible AI strategies, particularly in hallucination prevention and complex data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to design and deliver shopping assistant chatbot solutions
• Define prompt engineering strategies to improve chatbot conversational depth and user engagement
• Build and deploy LLM-based agents designed for integration with external tools, APIs, and databases via function-calling
• Ensure chatbot response accuracy and reliability using rigorous evaluation and hallucination prevention methods
• Develop data-driven A/B testing strategies in collaboration with analytics teams for optimization
• Apply Responsible AI principles to ensure chatbot compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to generate insights and support structured data requirements for engineering teams
• Guide cloud engineering teams in the development of scalable infrastructure for AI solutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI and ML development, with a focus on conversational agents preferred
• 2+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
• Expertise in LLMs, with practical experience using OpenAI APIs in Azure environments
• Solid skills in Python for AI workflow design and optimization
• Knowledge of hallucination prevention techniques and Responsible AI best practices
• Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Conversational AI architecture
• Familiarity with A/B testing systems, experimentation methods, and AI performance metrics
• Capability to specify data and testing requirements while working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of cloud services and infrastructure, with the ability to directly contribute or specify key needs
