Summary

We're looking for an experienced and capable architect to lead our studio's daily operations — someone who thrives in a Number Two leadership role, managing projects and people, while I, the founding architect, focus on business development, strategic growth, and bringing in new work.

This role is ideal for a seasoned architect (10–12 years of experience) who combines design depth, technical know-how, and team leadership skills, and who’s ready to take ownership of internal studio work — ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency across everything we do.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of projects: design development, team assignments, timelines, and delivery.
  • Lead internal design reviews and mentor junior team members.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and municipal authorities across all project stages.
  • Translate conceptual and strategic ideas into clear, actionable work.
  • Help shape a studio culture rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and design excellence.

Who you are:

  • An architect with 10–12 years of experience in urban and architectural projects.
  • A confident and capable team leader — organized, communicative, and dependable.
  • Strong in both design sensibility and technical execution, with the ability to manage a team and see multiple projects through.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and responsibility, and supporting a founder-led practice as it grows.
  • Based in Tel Aviv or nearby, with proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
  • Bonus: experience with urban regeneration, public-sector work, or participatory design processes.

About the practice:

We’re a Tel Aviv–based architectural and urban design studio focused on time-based planning, walkable public space, and sustainable transformation of urban sites. Our work ranges from strategic frameworks to detailed implementation, blending creative vision with grounded processes. We're entering a phase of exciting growth — and this leadership position is essential to making that expansion effective, balanced, and thoughtful.

If you're looking to step into a meaningful leadership role, help run a design studio from the inside, and make real impact through architecture and urbanism — we’d love to hear from you.
