Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Support Executive located in Karāchi. The Chat Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following up on unresolved issues. The role also involves collaborating with the technical team to escalate complex issues.
