Role Overview

This is a high-impact role for a motivated CA professional with extensive experience in direct and indirect tax, accounting finalization, and regulatory compliance. The role also includes leadership of client engagements, due diligence assignments, and representation before tax authorities, with the opportunity to manage a team and contribute meaningfully to firm growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute assignments across direct tax, GST, and financial reporting for diverse clients.
• Lead and participate in financial and tax due diligence assignments.
• Handle finalization of books of accounts, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings.
• Draft and review technical notes, legal submissions, client memos, and presentations.
• Represent clients before tax and regulatory authorities, including assessments and appeals.
• Supervise a team of 3–4 CAs/ professionals, providing technical guidance and quality oversight.
• Work closely with stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant with 4–5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong foundation in direct tax, GST, accounting standards, and regulatory matters.
• Exposure to MNCs, large Indian groups, or consulting firms; experience with Big 6 firms is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.
• Excellent skills in drafting, research, documentation, and client communication.
• Solution-driven, flexible, and capable of adapting to changing priorities and client needs.
• Preference for candidates located near the office or open to relocating.

Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday(s) off)

Expected CTC: ₹15–17 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and fit)
