We are now recruiting Manager for our Gurgaon office.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards during the closing process.
· Ensuring prepaid expenses, provision are properly booked.
· Preparation of Fixed Assets register.
· Analysis of Assets & Liabilities.
· Analysis of profit & loss account.
· Variance Analysis with historical period.
· Analysis of working capital Schedule.
· Preparation of business plan.
· Scrutiny of balance sheet and profit & Loss account.
· Preparation of balance sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash flow.
· Analysis of AR & AP Ageing.
· Preparation of inventory ageing
· Liaising with auditor.
Tax provision
· Variance Analysis with budgeted figures.
· Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
· Providing necessary documentation and explanations.
