As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and help build robust financial systems that support sustainable growth.
Role Overview
As a Chartered Accountant at Aulten, you’ll manage the end-to-end finance function, support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance and integrity in all financial matters.
What You’ll Do
✅ Prepare and audit financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annually)
✅ Ensure GST, TDS, and income tax compliance and timely filings
✅ Maintain books of accounts, oversee reconciliations, and finalize ledgers
✅ Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reviews
✅ Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
✅ Lead implementation of financial controls and digitization initiatives
✅ Oversee payroll, payments, and vendor/customer account management
✅ Work closely with leadership on strategic planning and MIS reporting
✅ Support inventory accounting and cost analysis across warehouses
Who You Are
✔ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of experience
✔ Strong grip on accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and audits
✔ Experience with Tally/Zoho Books/Busy/QuickBooks
✔ Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
✔ Background in manufacturing, trading, or D2C/e-commerce is a big plus
✔ Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and risk management processes
