Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Charter Bus Operator in San Diego, CA. The Charter Bus Operator will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the journey. Daily tasks include driving the bus, performing vehicle inspections, following schedules, assisting passengers, and maintaining a clean and orderly bus environment. Operators are expected to comply with all traffic laws and transportation regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Volvo/Prevost bus operation
• Driver training and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and on a flexible schedule
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with GPS and navigation systems
• Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations in Southern California
