Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as a Channel Sales Specialist located in Mumbai at NComputing. The position involves both pre-sales and Channel Sales activities along with Strong Customer interaction . Pre-sales includes assisting with technical specifications, demonstrating product features, and helping customers understand how the product can meet their needs.



Primary Responsibilities:


  • Client Interaction: Engage with customers in person or over the phone / online meetings.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of solution and how to position products effectively.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver solution presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Channel Partner Management: Identifying and developing new business partners and growing current base

of partners.

  • Sales Management: Developing effective sales plans for end-customers as well as channel partners using

sales methodology.

  • Brand Awareness: Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer

base and ensure its strong presence.

  • Training Skills: Managing existing partners, developing partners, Training Channel Partners on Solution Selling and creating complete knowledge transfer of the NComputing Product portfolio. •


Basic understanding of some of the following technologies:

  • Knowledge of latest Microsoft Server OS and Desktop OS along with Firewalls, Switches, TCP/IP Networking

DHCP & Static, VLAN etc.

  • Understanding of Server & Desktop Virtualisation, Remote Desktop Services or any VDI technologies.
  • Logical approach to technical problem-solving.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Education: A bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Electronics and equivalent).
  • Experience: 3 - 5 Years of experience in hardware and/or software sales, targeting SMBs, enterprises, and public administration customers.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
