Summary

Responsibilities

Channel Development & Reseller Management

  • Develop and execute account plans for key resellers, significantly increasing Cooler Master’s in-house share.
  • Expand VIP reseller coverage in southern Vietnam and onboard new high-potential partners.

Distributor (Disty) Management

  • Conduct weekly PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) reviews with distribution partners.
  • Identify and implement actionable steps to hit quarterly and yearly sell-in targets.

Market Intelligence

  • Continuously collect and analyze competitor information (pricing, promotions, events) from resellers and public channels.
  • Deliver structured product comparison reports to support sales strategy.

Channel Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to support resellers with localized plans and execution that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical marketing and channel sales peers to achieve shared objectives and provide backup support when necessary.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 5 or more experience years at technology sector.
  • Advanced English, spoken, written, read and listening.
  • Commercial skills.
  • Advanced Office.
