We are looking for Channel Sales Manager who will report directly to General Manager, based at the headquarters in İstanbul, Levent.


Job Description;

  • Achieve / exceed monthly & annual volume and revenue targets
  • Build and execute the sales strategy on maximizing revenue.
  • Conduct sales development activities in accordance with business plans and company principles,
  • Monitor sales activities and take necessary precautions by tracking product stocks,
  • Develop strong relationships in prospect and existing customers with actively understanding the requirements, strategic growth plans.
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and the company to secure the business.
  • Manage effective implementation of practices, displays, and visibility activities in the field,
  • Manage issues related to the point of sale, including shipments, collections, and customer satisfaction,
  • Track market and competitor developments, informing and guiding accordingly,
  • Regularly reporting to General Manager.


Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related fields,
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in channel sales management,
  • Proven success in high quota carrying position.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent relationship management skills and high level of planning & organizational skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong reporting and analysis skills,
  • Experienced in business planning, reporting, and budget tracking,
  • Holding a valid driver's license (Class B), actively able to drive, with no travel restrictions.
