SmartFlower Solar is seeking a Channel Sales Account Manager to expand our reseller network across the Americas. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue through B2B channel sales.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with top-tier resellers to drive SmartFlower sales.
Equip resellers with tools, training, and support to effectively position our product.
Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, using Salesforce.
Identify regional incentives and high-value opportunities for resellers.
Collaborate with marketing to maximize campaign success and reseller engagement.
Requirements
3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in reseller or channel partnerships within branding, energy, or equipment sectors. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Strong account development and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage all levels of the organization to close and navigate long sales cycles (6-18 months).
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Use CRM to track all sales activities and manage opportunity pipeline.
Leverage the use of AI to improve sales effectiveness.
Ability to travel as needed.

Base Salary: $75,000 with uncapped, tiered commission structure.
