We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support our Global Channel Programs business team, which is focused on Market Development Funds (MDF). You will work closely with the channel programs team, marketing team, and our partners to execute quarterly MDF program activities throughout their lifecycle. You will handle day-to-day channel investments-focused requests while managing back-office processes to ensure project compliance. Key Responsibilities: ● Create and assist Partners with accurate and timely investment project submissions by confirming appropriate documentation and adhering to company guidelines and compliance ● Support project execution and ensure alignment with the Juniper Partner Account Manager (PAM), Field Marketing Manager (FMM), or other internal stakeholders as needed to provide the best experience for our partners. ● Drive day-to-day program-related issues, including submitting help desk tickets, addressing escalations, adding new users to MDF systems, and other actions to improve a partner's experience when leveraging Juniper's MDF Program ● Provide training to channel partners on MDF program guidelines, policies, and best practices ● Develop a keen understanding of partner program requirements; execute approved programs, support audit inquiries, and ensure compliance ● Flexibility supporting and US working time zones (PST - EST - early morning/late evening meetings) Qualifications: ● 2+ years of experience in channel/operations/marketing/sales ● Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel ● Strong time management and organizational skills ● Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment ● Team player with proven ability to drive results on distributed, cross-functional teams across the globe ● Intermediate Excel skills are required ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Juniper is an Equal Opportunity workplace and Affirmative Action employer.
