Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner & Channel, the role of Manager, Channel sales is expected to develop, manage, and grow partnerships that are instrumental in enhancing lead generation and conversion to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
Engage and onboard partners aligned with the organization digital & technology-focused growth
Actively monitor business portfolio, market trend and activities to drive partner recommendations, solution and referrals that lead to new business
Manage and nurture highly competitive and sustainable partnerships for the business, to be the partner of choice for System Integrators, ISOs, Payment Facilitators and value add ecosystem partners
Define solution journey and collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level
Lead in partner solution development, integration and certification
Represent the business at partner events
All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge And Skill Required
Entrepreneurial self-starter with proven track record in generating and winning new opportunities within the payment ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
Good analytical, initiative and problem solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers
Experience
5 years and above business development/channel/partnership experience in Payments and Fintech
Education
Physical Requirements
Tertiary or above education preferred
