Description

Primary Objective/Purpose of the Job

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner & Channel, the role of Manager, Channel sales is expected to develop, manage, and grow partnerships that are instrumental in enhancing lead generation and conversion to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and onboard partners aligned with the organization digital & technology-focused growth
  • Actively monitor business portfolio, market trend and activities to drive partner recommendations, solution and referrals that lead to new business
  • Manage and nurture highly competitive and sustainable partnerships for the business, to be the partner of choice for System Integrators, ISOs, Payment Facilitators and value add ecosystem partners
  • Define solution journey and collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level
  • Lead in partner solution development, integration and certification
  • Represent the business at partner events
  • All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge And Skill Required

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with proven track record in generating and winning new opportunities within the payment ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
  • Good analytical, initiative and problem solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers

Experience

5 years and above business development/channel/partnership experience in Payments and Fintech

Education

Physical Requirements

Tertiary or above education preferred
