Role Description

As a Channel Partner Manager at ElectroNeek, your primary responsibility will be to sell licenses to our network of Solution Provider Partners, who deliver diverse automation services. You will actively grow and support these partnerships, ensuring our partners are equipped to expand their customer bases and execute complex automation projects across various industries and regions, including the US, LATAM, Brazil, and EMEA.

You will dedicate over 80% of your time to networking with partners, prospecting new accounts to build a healthy pipeline according to our Program Strategy, closing direct sales deals with enterprise prospects provided by our team, and facilitating license sales.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas for your partner network through effective license sales.
  • Process inbound direct prospect leads to generate sales or facilitate transfers to partners.
  • Identify and onboard potential new partners through targeted prospecting campaigns.
  • Conduct outreach and establish initial contact with prospective partners.
  • Evaluate the suitability of potential partners and manage onboarding processes.
  • Provide partners with in-depth knowledge of our platform technologies and conduct independent demos.
  • Participate in webinars and training projects to enhance partner skills.
  • Develop and maintain reports to track partner performance and program effectiveness.
  • Manage partnership analytics and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Strategically own your territory and create effective plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data and uphold sales discipline.
  • Work independently while leveraging real-time support from your team and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, B2B SaaS.
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-lifecycle software or technology sales on the Channel Partner side or Sales positions.
  • Proven track record of successful prospecting with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with a full sales stack, including Pipedrive, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience in indirect/channel and direct sales, particularly in the MSP market.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with both business users and C-level executives.
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech startup context for 2+ years, with an understanding of the associated dynamics.
  • Collaboration experience with Pre-Sales Engineering for product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with automation principles is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies.
  • Quick learner capable of thriving in high-growth environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
