Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Managing & expanding clinic chains by leading the process of identifying high-potential locations, conducting feasibility studies, overseeing the project implementation, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and standards to drive market share growth of business.
• Design and execute a comprehensive clinic chain strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
• Oversee, supervise, and lead implementation of clinic channel development project from area /location setting until construction by monitoring every stage project to ensure on time and on quality delivery.
• Lead the development of market research and feasibility analysis, ensure relevant market information and materials, analyse forecasts and market trends based on research data and observations to assess the viability of new clinic locations.
• Develop comprehensive capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) budgets for new clinic projects.
• Communicate project plans, building management and the implementation to the relevant teams, sections, strategic business units (SBU), and stakeholders to achieve objectives and goals of strategy smoothly.
• Ensure the infrastructure design (layout plan, shopfront/fasad, etc) are relevant to business needs and standard (requirement, specification, brand guideline).
• Ensure that the company's budget of Channel & Infrastructure Development are used effectively and efficiently.

Does it match your criteria?

• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering; Master Degree of Business Admnistration will be a plus point.
• Experience 7 - 8 years as Construction Project, Architecture, or related field in construction project
• Proven 3 years managerial level.
• Having portofolio of construction project.
