Jabra is looking for a Channel Business Development Manager, Video Collaboration to join our successful regional Video Team.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, positive, and proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies with key regional partners to drive the adoption and revenue of video collaboration solutions.
In this position, you will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with distributors, strategic partners, and internal teams across sales, marketing, and product divisions. Your primary focus will be on implementing effective strategies, fostering strong relationships, and driving Jabra’s growth in the APAC region.
The role will require travel across APAC to connect with partners and explore new opportunities, further expanding Jabra’s presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute GTM Strategies:
- Design and implement regional go-to-market plans with key partners to drive adoption and sales of Jabra’s video collaboration solutions.
- Align GTM strategies with corporate objectives and regional market dynamics.
2. Partner Engagement & Enablement:
- Build strong relationships with key regional partners, distributors, and resellers to drive joint business growth.
- Conduct business planning sessions with partners to align sales goals and marketing initiatives.
- Enable partners through training, certification programs, and co-marketing initiatives.
3. Revenue Growth & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase video revenue across APAC.
- Collaborate with global account teams to drive video solutions adoption within multinational corporations.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to develop and execute account-based strategies.
4. Onboarding & Development of AV SI Partners:
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new regional AV Systems Integrators (SI) to expand Jabra’s video collaboration ecosystem.
- Develop customized training and enablement programs to accelerate the success of AV SI partners.
- Establish business plans with AV SI partners to drive joint revenue growth and market expansion.
5. Sales Support & Regional Engagement:
- Provide additional sales support and strategic guidance to APAC regional sales teams to drive video business growth.
- Travel across APAC to engage with partners, provide sales assistance, and support local teams in executing business plans.
- Work closely with regional sales leaders to drive revenue, achieve targets, and ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.
6. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform GTM strategies.
- Provide insights to internal stakeholders on APAC market dynamics and business opportunities.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Discuss, brainstorm, and collaborate with the sub-regions video sales team, Solutions Engineers, and global alliance team to develop new go-to-market bundles to sell more Jabra video solutions.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure successful execution of partner programs and initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between APAC partners and global HQ to align regional needs with global strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or strategic partnerships within the video conferencing, UC, or IT industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in APAC.
- Strong experience working with regional distributors, partners, and global accounts.
- Experience in onboarding and managing AV Systems Integrators (SI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed.
