Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Channel Account Manager. The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing channel partners, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and implementing sales strategies. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities and managing pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Channel Sales, Channel Partners, Sales Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of marketing, product development, and project management.
