Summary

The purpose of this role is to drive organizational change via managing a portfolio of projects and process efficiency activity

Project Management:

  • Work closely with the project sponsor, cross functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, activities, required resources and timelines for new initiatives
  • Plan and design the programme/project plan to ensure return on investment & benefit realisation
  • Apply a structured project management methodology to ensure delivery of assigned projects on time and within budget
  • Monitor progress and oversee activities to ensure goals and timelines are met
  • Identify and manage risks and issues to the programme/project, identifying mitigation actions relevant to the plan
  • Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders to communicate programme/project status and remedy issues
  • Work with the relevant business owners to ensure a smooth transition to business as usual activity
  • Perform post implementation reviews to ensure benefit realisation

Change Management:

  • Provide Change Management Support to the project sponsor and relevant business stakeholders
  • Identify, plan and implement actions designed to engage with Stakeholders
  • Develop and apply Change Management methods and tools to create a plan to support the adoption of the required change
  • Identify impacts of the change and develop plans to communicate changes to impacted individuals and ensure business readiness
  • Lead change workshops with stakeholders impacted by the change

Solution Focus:

  • Develop proposals and solutions to support change in the organisation
  • Identify, review, and create business processes to support accomplishing business goals specific for the organization.
  • Conduct business process modeling and apply knowledge to ensure processes are streamlined and standardised
  • Facilitate workshops with users to review processes and document process requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years project management experience
  • Proven experience and knowledge of change management principals, methodologies and tools
  • Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies and systems
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel

  • Ability to influence without authority and work in a collaborative manner
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Able to communicate and explain clearly, concisely and effectively with all stakeholders
  • Flexible and able to adapt to ambiguous situations
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis skills with strong solution focus
  • Highly organized with strong work ethic
  • Team player with strong focus on collaboration
