We’re seeking a dynamic Change Manager for a 12-month contract, to design and deliver enterprise-wide change strategies that ensure sustainable impact. You'll lead from the front—guiding stakeholders, coaching teams, and aligning business change with strategic goals.

What you'll do:

·         Drive change planning across business processes, roles, and systems

·         Lead stakeholder engagement through tailored communications and coaching

·         Conduct change risk assessments and readiness reviews

·         Integrate change strategies into large-scale project initiatives

·         Promote high-performance culture through mentoring and support

What you bring:

·         Proven change management experience in corporate or complex environments

·         Strong communication, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills

·         A Diploma/Degree in Change Management, HR, or Communications

·         Current NDIS & Working with Children Clearances & QLD Open Driver’s Licence
