Key Responsibilities:

• Training: End-to-end training, shaping strategy from the ground up / big-picture planning to detailed rollout schedules and hands-on delivery.
• Business Readiness: Lead communication flows, transition plans, and go-live execution with precision and confidence.
• Workshop: You will be a facilitator who designs and leads workshops, info sessions, and focus groups that spark insight, build alignment, and move teams toward shared outcomes.

Qualifications and experience:

• Extensive track record driving complex, enterprise-wide digital transformations, especially within HSEC/Risk environments, mining or tech.
• Proven leader of multi-site and cross-functional rollouts, empowering on-the-ground teams to take ownership and successfully embed change within their operations.
• Hands-on delivery of high-impact change tools, tailored to business needs, including:

- Change Impact Analyses.

- Targeted Stakeholder Engagement Blueprints.

- Business Readiness Playbooks.
