LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLYNO C2C CANDIDATES* Requisition Title: Senior Program Manager Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid) JP1 3207 Description: LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN BAY AREA/NEAR WORK LOCATION-OAKLAND GENERAL OFFICE. ASSIGNMENT IS MAINLY REMOTE BUT REQUIRED ON-SITE AT OGO 4-5 TIMES A MONTH PER MANAGER REQUEST. CLIENT LAPTOP WILL BE ISSUED. ADDITIONAL MONITORS AND DOCKING STATION MAY BE NEEDED AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESPECTIVE SUPPLIER. WITH MANAGER PRIOR APPROVAL A PRE-DETERMINED AMOUNT FOR CELL PHONE AND INTERNET CAN BE EXPENSED MONTHLY. TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR: * Project management knowledge and experience. * State or federal compliance experience. * Data analytics background and knowledge. DUTIES: * Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals. * Provides direction on overall program plan and goals. * Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan. * Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management. * Conducts analysis in support of identifying variances and develops solutions to address ongoing issues. * Coordinates complex projects and deliverables across different functional areas. * Develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations and provides business insight. * Regulatory experience, knowledge of compliance with CPUC requirements, interpretation of CPUC policy. * Proficient with project management and business software. Education: * Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Experience: * 6 years of related experience or equivalent * Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Desired * Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SQL * Advanced knowledge of Program Management * Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management. * Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints. * Knowledge and understanding of business drivers. * Demonstrated ability to manage or direct teams * Ability to work within a Regulatory environment * Ability to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects * Knowledge of energy industry applications to local level customers, including energy issues, customer energy efficiency applications, and general customer information. Desired * Primarily office environment with extensive use of personal computers, telephone conversations, conference calls and in person meetings. Travel may be required. Having experience of utility industry or knowledge is a huge plus. We are looking for a resource that can help us program manage our Lean Maturity Pusle Check Assessment, this resource would: * Help manage the set up and administration of the survey * Be a liaison to leaders to answer questions, run additional data requests, pull together data views * Coordinate with our internal team to administer the survey with different functional areas * Update and manage our project plan * Provide frequent status updates and report out on progress of the survey * In a nutshell a good program manager that has some data and survey expertise. * Process Experience: Lean Six Sigma is preferred LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLYNO C2C CANDIDATES* Requisition Title: Program Manager, Senior Location: San Ramon, CA (Hybrid) Description: *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY* The role is Hybrid, up to 2 days biweekly. * Client laptop will be provided.
