Title - Change Manager / Investment Management

Location - Midtown Manhattan / 4x week onsite



Our Investment Management Division is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to join the Office of the COO Strategic Programs and Change management team of Private Markets division.


Key Responsibilities:

• Change Strategy Development: Design a tailored change management strategy aligned with the transformation goals of the private alternative investments business, ensuring a smooth transition across people, processes, and systems.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders across the Office of the COO, Business teams, technology, and front-office leadership to understand impact, align priorities, and ensure buy-in at all levels.

• Impact Assessment & Readiness: Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and organizational readiness assessments to identify potential risks and adoption barriers.

• Change Delivery & Execution: Plan and execute change interventions, including communications, training, leadership engagement, and reinforcement activities to support sustainable adoption.

• Integration with Project Delivery: Work closely with project managers, process owners, and vendor partners to embed change activities into broader program plans, ensuring coordinated execution.

• Metrics & Reporting: Define success metrics, monitor adoption and feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize business outcomes.


Qualifications:

• Experience as a strategic and hands-on Change Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive change management strategy for initiatives impacting Private Alternative Markets. This role will work closely with the Office of the COO, Business and Technology focusing on changes across front, middle and back-office operations, including fund administration, investor servicing, and operational processes

• Knowledge of alternative asset management sector terms (Real estate, Private Equity, Private Credit) are essential.

• Prior experience with Big Four consulting firms is a plus

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint or other Presentation tools

• Proven experience in designing and leading change management strategies for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives—preferably within private markets, asset management, or financial services.

• Strong understanding of front-to-back-office processes in private alternatives, including operational and regulatory considerations.

• Demonstrated ability to work closely with COO organizations and operational stakeholders to drive alignment and results.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with industry frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar change methodologies.

• Previous experience delivering organizational change management, or business transformation consulting to enterprise customers

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

• Strong understanding of process and continuous improvement

• Strong organizational and project management abilities
