About the role

Reporting to the Programs and Business Improvement Manager, the Change Manager (ERP) plays a critical role in leading the end-to-end change management for our OneCouncil ERP implementation. This position ensures a smooth transition by maximising employee adoption and engagement, while fostering clear and consistent communication across all levels of the City.

With a strong focus on the people side of change, you will design and deliver effective change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and training initiatives that drive sustainable organisational success.


About the successful candidate

To be successful in the role, you are an adaptable and strategic change leader with a proven track record in managing change, ideally within ERP environments. You have the ability to communicate with influence, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive engagement across diverse groups.

You will hold a tertiary qualification in Change Management, or a related discipline, and/or demonstrate substantial equivalent experience in a similar role.


Other essential requirements are:

  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing tailored adoption programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resistance to change and resolve conflict effectively.
  • A current National Police Certificate.


What we offer

This full-time, maximum term contract role (ending 27 February 2026) offers a cash salary of $111,392 - $129,437 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, plus superannuation.
