Summary

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with minimum 8+ years of demonstrated success in leading change initiatives across complex organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring change strategies that ensure smooth transitions during organizational transformation, technology rollouts, process redesigns, or cultural shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
  • Design and deliver targeted communication and engagement plans.
  • Create and facilitate training programs to support change adoption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, HR, communications, and leadership teams to integrate change efforts into broader project plans.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and develop feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Identify resistance, develop mitigation tactics, and coach senior leaders and managers to help drive adoption.
  • Ensure documentation and sustainability plans are in place for ongoing support post-implementation.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Prosci, APMG, ITIL or equivalent change management certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management roles across multiple projects or programs.
  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation, ERP implementations, or digital change initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience using change management tools, models, and assessments.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.


Preferred Skills:

  • Agile and Lean methodologies: Experience applying change management principles in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to use data and analytics to inform change strategies and measure adoption and success metrics (e.g., ADKAR assessments, engagement surveys).
  • Stakeholder engagement: Skilled in managing complex stakeholder landscapes, including executive sponsors, middle management, and end users.
  • Business acumen: Understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and industry-specific challenges to align change initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Cultural change expertise: Experience managing cultural shifts, including DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), values alignment, or post-merger integration.
  • Advanced facilitation: Proficient in conducting workshops, focus groups, and leadership coaching sessions to promote change readiness.
  • Change network management: Ability to build and sustain change agent networks or champions to drive grassroots engagement.
  • Strong storytelling and communication: Skilled in crafting compelling narratives and communication strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Digital transformation: Familiarity with enterprise technology rollouts (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft 365).
  • Tool proficiency: Experience with change management tools like Prosci, Changefirst, LaMarsh, or Kotter, and platforms like Microsoft Power BI, Miro, or SharePoint.
  • Risk and resistance management: Strong ability to identify change-related risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
  • ITSM Tools: Experience in ITSM management tools such as Ivanti and Service Now
