The Opportunity


Change Manager – Compliance & Regulatory


We are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our growing consulting team. In this role, you’ll lead and embed enterprise-level regulatory change across our client base with a particular focus on APRA’s CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management) and CPS 220 (Risk Management) standards.


This is an exciting opportunity to work across high-impact transformation projects, ensuring effective change management and compliance readiness in complex regulatory environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support CPS 230 and CPS 220 compliance initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end change processes including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
  • Collaborate with client teams including Risk, Compliance, Operational Resilience, and Technology
  • Build change capability within client organisations to ensure sustainable adoption
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance and change-related risks
  • Track change effectiveness and adoption metrics


About You:


  • 5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience in compliance and regulatory projects
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with APRA Standards
  • Background in consulting or professional services highly desirable
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and navigating complex change environments
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred
  • Agile delivery experience a plus
