🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Program Manager (OCM Practitioner)

📍 Location: Washington DC (100% Remote)

We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) background to support key strategic initiatives using Prosci's ADKAR, Kotter, and Agile frameworks.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Develop and execute Change Impact Assessments, User Adoption Plans, and ADKAR Survey Assessments
• Conduct stakeholder and empathy interviews for continuous improvement
• Facilitate engaging sessions: Webinars, Lean Coffees, Book Clubs, Podcasts, and more
• Lead effective communication using SharePoint, Teams (including breakout rooms, polling), PowerPoint
• Deep experience with SAFe PI Planning, JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Mural, FigJam, MS Whiteboard

🎓 Certifications:

• Prosci or Kotter Certified
• SAFe Certified (Coach or RTE preferred)
