We are now seeking a Change Management Consultant - Product Lifecycle Management to join our team.

The Role

As a Change Management Consultant, you will act as a Change Manager within our client projects, taking responsibility for the entire Change Journey. Starting with understanding the need for change and its drivers, to leading implementation all the way to behavior change. You will collaborate closely with the technical team to define the transition from the current state ("as-is") to the desired future state ("to-be"). Hence, a strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management is essential for success in this role.

The Right Candidate

We believe you have a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management, including Portfolio Planning, Requirements Management, Design, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Use, and End of Life. You are familiar with at least one PLM software solution and understand how to create a digital thread of Product Lifecycle Information.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Conducting Current & Desired State Analysis
• Performing Stakeholder Analysis
• Assessing Impacts
• Developing and executing Communication Plans
• Coordinating and delivering Training Programs
• Driving Behavior Change initiatives
• Measuring progress using ADKAR methodology

We also believe that you have:

• A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Several years of experience as a PLM Consultant or equivalent role
• A solid understanding of IT project management
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely (both orally and in PowerPoint)
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide people
• Prosci Certification is an advantage

A few fun facts:

This is a full-time position based in your preferred location in Sweden. You will be hired as a Change Management Consultant and operate as a Change Manager in our client projects. Most of the NewCore team is based in Stockholm, you will be finding us at Norrsken House on Birger Jarlsgatan at least once a week.

If you are not based in Stockholm, you will travel to our beautiful capital a couple of times every month. This position may require some travels to our clients who are based all over Sweden. Some trips abroad may occur depending on the clients’ demands.
