LeverageTek is actively seeking a Change Management Consultant for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Key Tasks
- Change management impact and strategic plan for org changes
- Design and execute comprehensive change management plans aligned with the organization's goals, leveraging frameworks of transition to anticipate and address resistance
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to inform, educate, and engage stakeholders throughout the change process, tailoring messaging to address their specific concerns and needs at different stages of transition.
- Analyze the impact of the change on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole, considering both positive and negative consequences.
- Develop Comms strategy and create communications to support org changes as they are rolled out
- Program Change Management and Communications
- Work with the program manager and sponsor closely to develop
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of Change Management experience
- Experience with developing Comms strategy and creating communications to support org changes as they are rolled out
- Experience with enterprise wide strategic initiatives working with executive level stakeholders producing Change and Communication plans.
Qualifications
- Experience with change development by identifying needs and opportunities and managing planning response in the areas of behavioral change management
- Lead communication and change management efforts on transition and transformation as required
- Experience working with leaders to build awareness of the change and identify ways they could model and reinforce the change
- Responsible for creating and implementing communications plan for a comprehensive, enterprise-wide, organizational transformation program
- Experience working with senior executives, direct reports and peers to develop and implement strategies and goals
- Work with targets of change to determine challenges and needs for the change to be successful
- Initiate change and communication plan(s)
- Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
Assets
- Experience in a Senior Change role in the non-for-profit industry would be considered a strong asset
- PROSCI certification
