As an experienced Change Management Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Main Contributions and Impact


  • Implement strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify communication needs and objectives.
  • Ensure materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate messages.
  • Oversee delivery of communication materials across various channels
  • Evaluate effectiveness of communication strategies using metrics
  • Refine communication efforts based on insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive communication.
  • Stay updated with communication trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications


  • 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience
  • Mandatory experience in technology/business process implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, communications, marketing, business) or equivalent experience
  • Background in digital communication tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in designing and editing communication materials.
  • Proficiency in using communication software and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, design software)
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating communication data and effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Competence in maintaining composure and resolving issues during critical moments.
  • Commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws
  • Adaptability and openness to continuous learning

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP).
  • Proven knowledge or certification in ACMP, PROSCI, ADKAR, HCMBOK.
  • Experience with Design Thinking and Operating Models.
