Serve as a strategic partner to executive sponsors and project leaders across all active transformation initiatives.
Coordinate and oversee HR, Communications, and Change Management activities, ensuring alignment across diverse programs (commercial, supply chain, back-office, and enterprise-wide).
Develop integrated communication plans, change strategies, and stakeholder engagement roadmaps.
Provide thought leadership and tactical support to project teams, ensuring organizational readiness and change adoption.
Lead TMO reporting, program status updates, and executive communications specific to HR/Comms/Change deliverables.
Proactively identify risks related to people, change fatigue, communications gaps, and recommend mitigation strategies.
The Background That Fits
7–15 years of experience leading or consulting in HR, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and/or Communications functions.
Strong program management skills, with experience coordinating multiple workstreams across complex initiatives.
